Hi! I’m trademark attorney Kevin Haynie and I currently live in Phoenix, Arizona. I’m a 2012 graduate of SLU Law, where I successfully completed a concentration in Intellectual Property.
Shortly after graduating, I worked for Hussmann Corporation as a legal intern and eventually as a business analyst responsible for IT contracts. During my employment with Hussmann, I took on the role of Social Media and Marketing Manager for US trademark attorney Morris Turek, where I was responsible for client outreach, as well as researching and posting interesting and timely articles related to trademark law.
I have been working closely with Morris since 2012, during which time I gained extensive knowledge of trademark clearance, trademark registration, and trademark litigation matters. In February 2016, I began working with Morris full-time as a trademark attorney. I enjoy serving the firm’s diverse clientele and working in the field of intellectual property, which has been a passion of mine since my law school days.
In addition to working with Morris, I have a number of hobbies, including fumbling around with my guitar, keeping up with current movies and TV shows, spending time with my wife Jackie and our pets (a dog and two cats), exercising, and exploring all that Phoenix has to offer.
